Built to dominate long, hard miles – and everything in between. This is not an updated exhaust. This is a complete re-engineering of what a Harley touring system can be.

The Sawicki Speed Intimidator Exhaust for M8 Touring and Bagger models is a complete ground-up redesign engineered to extract the absolute maximum horsepower and torque from Milwaukee-Eight motors. With over 1,000 hours of R&D, this is the world’s first fully CAD-designed Harley aftermarket exhaust system, created to fit the widest range of touring applications while delivering race-bred performance straight out of the box.

At its core are 1 7/8" primaries stepped to 2", feeding a larger, airflow-optimized merge collector designed to balance velocity and back pressure for real-world power gains across the entire RPM range. Whether you’re running stock displacement or a built motor, the Intimidator flows more, pulls harder, and delivers the unmistakable authority Sawicki is known for.

Designed and built in Denver, North Carolina — just outside Mooresville, Race City USA — the Intimidator carries racing in its DNA. Members of the engineering team behind this system have worked on NASCAR and NHRA projects, and it shows in every curve, weld, and performance gain.
