S&S 310-1379 HPT 496 chain Drive Cam Chest kit Black pushrod tubes oil cooled Harley M8 17-25
New for 2025! the HPT 496 is the latest bolt in camshaft from S&S Cycle for 2017-later Harley Davidson Milwaukee-8 engines including Gen2 M8's (not including 121 VVT). The 496 cam offers excellent gains in overall performance, works on motors up to 11.0:1 compression. This bolt in camshaft includes basic components for installation, or you could also upgrade to a Fuel Moto installation kit with adjustable pushrods and S&S Precision Lifters.
The S&S 496C cam is designed as a bolt in cam for the M8 engines, and is compatible with stock valve springs when used with the OEM rocker arms.
