RACE SERIES kits include FEULINGS HIGH FLOW billet camplate made from 7075 aluminum which is 50% harder and stronger than the factory camplates. FEULING increases oil flow and volume by enlarging the oil pump reservoirs and critical oil passages including matching the oil port holes throughout the camplate to the port holes in the engine case which increases engine oil flow to the lifters, piston cooling jets, crankshaft and rod bearings.
The FEULING oil pumps are bench tested, the relief valve is seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi with full pop off at 55-60 psi. The increased oil volume from the larger gears and properly sized passages along with the pressure relief valve seat and seal from these oil pumps is essential for proper oiling system function. The FEULING oil pump and camplate combination eliminate common pressure and scavenge issues associated with the factory oiling systems.
-RACE SERIES Kits includes a billet 7075 hard anodized oil pump which is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump holding tighter tolerances under temperature. RACE SERIES M-Eight oil pumps have deeper scavenge kidneys when compared to the HP+ kidneys for increased scavenge volume.
FEULING RACE SERIES lifters for Milwaukee Eight engines have a relief machined into the lower body to clear the flange on the camshaft front exhaust lobe on grinds using smaller than stock base circles. These FEULING RACE SERIES lifters are full travel hydraulics, machined from a cold forged steel body and designed to exceed the needs of larger lift camshafts and higher valve spring pressures with a slower bleed down rate. RACE SERIES lifters maintain proper oil flow to the top end, increase engine RPM, valve-train stability, decreasing valve float promoting maximum valve lift.
Due to the unstable nature of this 4 valve engine design with 1 rocker arm activating 2 valvesprings Feuling highly recommends the use of these lifters for Milwaukee Eight engines running a higher lift cam and higher than stock valve spring seat pressures. This lifter will help reduce valve-train separation and can result in a quieter, better performing engine. Race Series lifters are compatible with FEULING OE+, HP+ or Race Series and factory oil pumps and are designed for use with both street and strip engines. These Quickee pushrods can be both installed and removed easily. The S&S® design permits a simple, trouble free installation that does not require removal of the gas tank, rocker assemblies, or even the rocker box cover! This especially pertains to M8 models that have a coolant line that covers the rocker boxes. Use of these pushrods allow you to leave the coolant lines undisturbed on M8 models.
