Brembo Reservoir Required: When upgrading your Brembo master cylinder, you will need an external Brembo reservoir to house the excess brake / clutch fluid. The easiest way is to purchase a Brembo brake reservoir mounting kit, which has all hardware,hose, clamps, etc included. You can also purchase the reservoirs or tubing separately if you want to custom fit your own.

Banjo Bolts Required: When upgrading your master cylinder, you will need new banjo bolts to connect the Brembo master cylinder to your brake lines. Choose a single banjo for OEM brake line configurations (one line to the right caliper with a crossover). Choose a double banjo for dual line configurations (one line to each caliper). For race applications, the banjo bolts do not have pressure switches. For street applications, we recommend banjo bolts with pressure switches that allow you to activate the brake lights.

Brake Fluid Required: Don't forget to purchase some Genuine Brembo Brake Fluid at the same time, since you will need to re-bleed your brakes after installing your new Brembo brake master.

The RCS 17mm has been designed for the rider who requires more brake performance and variation in brake lever feel when compared to a stock master cylinder.

The RCS offers flexibility to change the brake lever ratio at the turn of a screw. This would enable the rider to decide on the 17 x 20 option normally used on the street or the 17 x 18 option which is suited to track day or amateur racing. This option is achieved by the use of an eccentric drive which is turned by the simple screw mechanism and has a color coded pivot rod end that allows the rider at a glance to understand the current setting.

The 17mm RCS is designed for use on single rotor systems (Supermoto) or dual floating 4 piston calipers.

Body- Produced from a forged aluminum alloy and then partially CNC machined with a final finish of hard anodizing.

Piston- The piston seals and push rod are the same specification as the parts used in WSB and MotoGP offering exact tolerances .

Lever- Each RCS is fitted with a folding lever made from forged aluminum with a black finish and the Brembo racing logo. Levers can be purchased separately as half or full lever kits.

Micro Switch – The kit comes complete with a micro switch for the rear brake light.
