Freedom High Mount Combat
I'm very happy with the look and sound of this exhaust. It looks even better in person. It is extremely loud, even with the baffle in, but it's a great sound with a lot of pops and band upon engine breaking and I don't notice any droning. The only downfall is that it's extremely hot on your leg even with the heat shield installed. You have to we are jeans with this exhaust installed and you don't want to lay your leg against it.

Faulty product. Bad customer negotiations.
The brand-new exhaust system that I received, the header was cracked. And I needed my bike ready for a show. So I had a professional muffler Shop welded the crack. Costing me $150. Figured maybe they would reimburse me or something… They wanted me to send back the faulty product and wait another 10 weeks for them to resend the new part. I’m good. Bad customer service. Bad quality of product.

Freedom Exhaust for Sportster S
The Freedom is exhaust system is loud, aggressive, and exactly the look I was going for on the Sportster S. The fit and finish is great, easy to install. Its a 5 star exhaust...but here is the rub. My system came with 2 parts that were incorrect. The rear header pipe was not crimped, so it would not allow the muffler to slide on. The end cap was drilled for the baffle and mounting, but was not tapped for the bolts. So I contacted Freedom Customer Service to send back the parts and have new ones shipped out. I will say that the CS people were all very friendly, but it still took 3 weeks to receive my new parts! It was very frustrating that they have zero inventory, and had to crimp the pipe that I sent back. That took a week. The finish was obviously scratched from the process, so it appears that they bomb canned it and sent it back to me...shipped UPS ground, which took another 7 days. At the end of all of it, it looks and sounds great. Just be sure to check that all parts are correct before you start your install so your bike isn't out of commission for 3 weeks.
