Biohazard Cycles offers the following return and shipping policy:

Return and Exchange Period: 20 calendar days from shipping date.

No returns or exchanges on:

• Special order parts
• Electrical parts
• Fiberglass parts
• Clearance Items

Fees/Surcharges:

Exchanges: No fee assessed for exchanged items that have a difference in price, where a credit balance is due to the customer if the credit amount is held as in-store credit. Any exchanges requesting a credit balance refunded to a credit card or PayPal will be assessed a 15% handling charge. Upon receipt and inspection of goods for exchanges, Biohazard Cycles, Inc.will ship the new items back to the customer at no cost.

Returns: No fee will be assessed for returned items where the amount of the return is held as in store credit. Any returns requesting refund to a credit card or PayPal will be assessed a 15% handling charge.

Rules & Policies:

All merchandise purchased from Biohazard Cycles, Inc. is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA requests can be generated via your online account area. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to Biohazard Cycles, Inc. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.

Biohazard Cycles, Inc. will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by Biohazard Cycles, Inc.

Not responsible for personal items left in returned or exchanged merchandise.

Returns or exchanges must be received by Biohazard Cycles, Inc. within 10 business days from the date the RMA# is issued.

Never ship an item in its original manufacturer's packaging: it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to Biohazard Cycles, Inc.

We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

Any returned or exchanged items that do not follow the rules and policies listed above will be returned to sender and no credits will be issued.

Shipping Information:

How often do you ship?
Every weekday. We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if the items are in stock, and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday.

Can you ship to P.O. Box?
Yes, but you must choose a USPS (Postal Service) shipping option. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so please don't select UPS as your shipping choice if you're shipping to a P.O. Box.

What is drop-shipping?
Drop-shipping occurs when Biohazard Cycles, Inc. has items from your order shipped directly to you from our distributors' warehouses. This is an efficient way for us to save time and money for our customers. Biohazard Cycles, Inc. has drop-shipping agreements with several of our larger distributors and by drop shipping from their warehouses all over the country, we're able to get your items to you much faster.

When will my items arrive?
We understand that no one likes to wait for orders to show up at their door. For this reason, Biohazard Cycles, Inc. has developed strategic relationships with several of our larger distributors who will drop ship items for us when they are ordered. This means expedited shipping times for our customers at considerably lower prices.

Due to the numerous warehouses scattered across the country that can drop ship items for us, it makes it hard to pin down exactly how long it will take your items to arrive at your door. Most items are generally available to be shipped to you within a few days. In-stock items will ship the same day we receive your order.

Additionally, when you place an order at Biohazard Cycles, Inc., you'll always be able to login and check your order status, shipping status and tracking numbers right on our website.

We hate waiting as much as you do. We'll work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING TERMS/PASSAGE OF TITLE:

All items purchased from Biohazard Cycles, Inc. are made pursuant to a contract. If you pay for shipping, then shipping terms are FOB Destination, Freight Collect. If you do not pay for shipping, then shipping terms are FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid. In both cases, and if you pick up your merchandise at our retail location, the title for such merchandise passes to you upon your receipt of the goods, whether received from common carrier or by in-store pick up.
